Nick Viscomi is a highly experienced restaurant consultant with over 15 years of experience in the food industry.

Nick’s expertise in the industry extends to all aspects of restaurant operations, including menu design, kitchen operations, customer service, marketing, and staff training. He has a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences for customers.

Nick’s approach is personalized and collaborative. He works closely with each of his clients to understand their unique needs and goals, and then develops tailored solutions that are both practical and effective. He understands that every restaurant is different, and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to success in the industry.

On weekends, you can find Nick hiking local mountains and finding the coolest spots to eat.

Sam Viscomi

Sam has a passion for creating the best experience possible for employees and customers in all industries. 

After 12 years helping Fortune 500 companies improve their employee experience, Sam has learned how to engage all audiences. He has worked with top level executives to ensure employees at all levels get the information they need to excel at their job. 

Included in Sam’s work, he has created stellar marketing programs for small businesses and gained extensive HR knowledge. 

Sam has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Drew University. 

In his spare time, Sam plays Ultimate Frisbee and is currently transforming his garage into a hangout zone.
